My goal with creating this design was to produce a Tea-shirt that would promote respect and patriotism and would be something that anyone would be proud to wear. What promotes more respect and patriotism than the American flag?
This flag was designed to appear somewhat old and slightly tattered in an effort to indicate that America has a long history of self preservation.
I chose to have a furling windblown effect because it reminded me of this verse from: Our National Anthem - The Star Spangled Banner:
1773 was the year of the very first Tea Party; back then we overcame tyrannical rule and taxation without representation, we can overcome it now!
Notice the number of Tea Party dates? These dates say that we are not alone. Our history is rich with Patriots speaking out against actions of our government which are deemed unfair. We are serious, we are united and we will continue until we get our country back. We are
