About Us

I became so completely frustrated and astounded with the magnitude of the spending bill that the new administration demanded and rushed through congress with minimal bipartisan representation and without even mild comprehension of the Stimulus Package and what it said that I felt the need to do something…

For the first time in my life, I attended a protest - the April 15, 2009 Tea Party in Frederick, Maryland and another one later that day in my home town of Westminster, Maryland. It was encouraging and energizing to see fellow Americans from all walks of life and all age groups coming together to share their concerns and frustrations, many, myself included, carrying signs mostly voicing our concern with regard to the Stimulus Package and the tax burden it would impose on Americans now and for generations to come.

Participation in the July 4th Tea Party rejuvenated my pride and patriotism in the fact that so many like minded concerned Americans once again came together across our great country in an effort to have their voices heard. Looking around at my fellow countrymen & women gave me a sense of worth and dignity and I wanted to further show support for our efforts and shout out from the highest mountain, WE ARE:

Americans making a difference, one tea party at a time
